WHO manual on implementing preventative chemotherapy against neglected tropical diseases provides generic tools for those involved in planning preventative chemotherapy administration. The publication was released in September 2022.
Gender Study Phase Two: Qualitative Gender Analysis and Gender Strategy
The gender strategy contains an actionable set of recommendations, based on literature and quantitative and qualitative data, intended to contribute to the overall achievement of Act to End NTDs | West program objectives as well as increased gender equality throughout program implementation.
Gender Analysis: Phase 1 Desk Review
The USAID Act to End NTDs | West program's two-phase gender analysis examines the differential impact of NTDs by gender, including how gender norms and power differentials may impact NTD program results and how the program can help advance gender equality. Phase one of the gender analysis consists of a literature review, drawing on published and grey literature, as well as an initial analysis of available quantitative data.
