

Guinea stopped mass drug administration (MDA) for lymphatic filariasis in 46% of endemic health districts, 11 out of 24 HDs as of December 2022.

Guinea has a relatively new schistosomiasis/soil-transmitted helminthiasis (SCH/STH) control program in the Act West portfolio, yet eight districts have achieved five to six rounds of effective MDA against SCH/STH.
